What we provide
- Fire watch when a fire alarm or sprinkler system is impaired, from $30/hour.
- Fire watch during hot work such as welding, cutting and roofing.
- Rounds to keep exits clear and spot fire hazards.
- Logs for the fire marshal, your insurer and your general contractor.
What we do not provide
We do not install, repair or monitor fire alarm or sprinkler systems. Work with a licensed fire protection contractor for that. See alarms.
How every assignment is delivered
- Written post orders before the first shift, so officers know your site, contacts and procedures.
- Checkpoint verification: officers scan checkpoints at gates, doors, stairwells and parking areas, creating a time-stamped record of each round.
- Written incident reports with time, location, people involved and actions taken.
- Shift reports available to your designated contact.
- A service agreement and certificate of insurance before coverage starts ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability).
