Structure
- Serve Aurora Safety & Security is the security services program of Serve Aurora.
- Services are contracted through Nieves Ministries, doing business as Serve Aurora.
- Serve Aurora was founded by Alexander Nieves and was formerly known as Nieves Ministries.
Accountability to clients
- Every engagement starts with a written proposal and a signed service agreement.
- We issue a certificate of insurance before coverage begins.
- Officers work from written post orders, and rounds and incidents are documented.
- Clients can reach a supervisor directly. Request a supervisor.
